Refund Policy
It is our goal to ensure a very enjoyable experience with us for many years to come. We want to exceed your expectations and will do our very best to provide you with your desired outcome through our products and services.
- We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all skincare products.
- Skincare products must be returned (undamaged) within 14 days.
- Refunds are not provided for unused treatments that have been previously purchased.
However, for unused treatments, you may elect to apply a credit toward a different treatment or product. Keep in mind that if you received a discount for purchasing a series of treatments and do not continue with your series, then the "per treatment price" will apply to your credit, based on the treatments that you have already received.
Cancellation Policy
- Your time is very valuable to me! For that reason, I do not take "walk-ins" or answer the phone during your session. The time blocked off of my schedule is specific for you and your custom treatment. For that reason, kindly provide a minimum 24-hour notice if you need to change or cannot keep your appointment time.
- For any no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours, there will be a charge of $45.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may elect to proceed with your treatment with the time that is remaining, or pay $45 to reschedule and receive your full length of time.
